3. Quotes, Bookings, and Payments

All quotes provided by TBC-Racing are estimates and are subject to final confirmation. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Booking a service constitutes acceptance of the quoted terms and pricing. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Late payments may be subject to applicable fees.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before a scheduled event may receive a full or partial refund
• Cancellations within 14–30 days may forfeit the deposit
• Cancellations within 14 days of an event may be subject to full charges
